When an early learning centre asked if we had a BIFKiDS program for preschoolers, we realized we didn’t - yet! So we took Ruff, the trusty sidekick from our BIFKiDS stories, and crafted fun, imaginative challenges that encourage “Ruff Play.”

A Sneaky Peek into Ruff Play
Creative Challenges Young children team up (or go solo) to solve a Ruff-themed challenge.
Hands-On Making After coloring their ideas, kids bring them to life through simple ‘maker’ activities.
Show & Tell Each child presents their creation to the group, building confidence and communication skills, while receiving rapturous applause.
The results have been outstanding. Now we’re hard at work packaging Ruff Play as a resource for all preschools, backed by educator development for teachers and communities. Plus, we’re prepping our first Ruff Play picture book, designed to inspire creative exploration at home.
