Unburdened with notions of heroic individualism, they live their lives sideways to each other; wholly social, collaborative and cooperative. They know nothing happens without the power and purpose of their peers.

This generation rejects the notion of a job for life because they know it no longer exists. They’re embracing the new multi-hyphenate ‘career’; combining sprints of learning and working, trading experiences forward into the next things, confident they will find their fit in the world (for work that is yet to be invented).
The opportunity and the challenge are to prepare this generation with the talents and industry to transform and enrich their early working years to exponentially impact local and national economies, encourage community participation and activism as social agents of change.
